These terms and conditions apply to all accommodation made available by Junction Motel. By making a booking for accommodation, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them subject to such changes as are notified to you from time to time. General Terms
Junction Motel will endeavour to provide the accommodation but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings due to insufficient or excessive numbers of requests, quests, or prior trouble with the booking party or booking agency. Or Just because I dont like you.....

Loud or Nuisance Guests will not be tolerated..We reserve the right to escort of the premise any guest who disrupts our other guests or staff...No refunds will be given.

All accommodation is subject to availability.

Booking Policy
All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by the provision of a valid credit card.Card may be precharged at any time to secvure the booking.

In some cases we might take pre-payment. By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise Junction Motel to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card in the case of cancellation or no show penalties as detailed below.

The liability of Junction Motel arising from any cancellations of accommodation bookings by Junction Motel is limited to the amount paid for the cancelled booking.

* General Cancellation & No Show policy ( different for Agents or Groups or Gov)

No Refunds Given between 25 Dec and March 30-

If Booked on Junction Motel website or by phone- 7 days notice needed.( apart from No Cancellation refunds given between Dec 25th-March 30th)

If Booked on Bookings.Com or any other website....Non-Refundable as per Bookings.Com website.

All Travel Agents or other Booking Services for Private / Government / Groups.... such as CT Connections,Hotel Network, FCM Travel AOT..Corp Traveller etc etc, or other 3rd party Booking Agents...We might not accept your Booking( even if booked on Bookings.Com or Via our own site....If we do you will need a Credit card to charge too and will be precharged...we will precharge cards on Booking Date, we require 21 days written notice of cancellations otherwise No Refund Given, Even outside of the 21 days a maximum 50 % may only be refunded...Cards declined will not hold the booking.As We are sick and tired playing Chase the Money for payment and over cancellations and the work involved....

* We reserve the right to change the above conditions on short notice.

Pre-paid only reservations between 20th Dec and March 30th with no refunds if cancelled with in 7 days, if cancelled prior to 7 days notice , 15% refund fee applies to cover costs of Credit Card Fees,Bank Fees and a $7.50 Bank Refund Fee

No-Show attracts the full amount charged and is non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for booking cancelled over the 25th December to 30th March and other seasonal periods such as public holidays, easter or special events including but not limited to sport events / special entertainment events in Hobart or surrounds.

Group Cancellation policy
A reservation is classified as a group (regardless where the booking comes from be it direct or via internet) if you book 7 or more rooms within one booking it will be classified as a group. Will need 3 weeks written notice.

A security deposit upto 50% of booking or for full reservation  may also be charged at time of booking and is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Accommodation – Extra Guest and Child Policy
Rates are per room per night based on two person occupancy. Extra guests are charged $35.00 per person per night, room only one cot per room is available at $15.00, subject to availability.
