Q1.           What if I have to check-in later than 8pm 

A1. we do not take checkins after Reception is Closed. Booking will be treated as a No Show if not here by 8pm and full payment kept with no Refunds. If arrived and still wanting to checkin ..a $50 call out fee will be charged on top of the room rate. We dont Leave keys out and require a Full signed Checkin and Photo Id and Same Credit card as booked with to complete the checkin process.

Q2.           What if I need to earlier check-in?

A2. Normally, We don't allow earlier check-in, because our housekeepers need time to clean the room. However, you still can call us to discuss. 12 noon is the best youll ever get..

Q3.              What do I need to Bring to Check-In?

A3...                                     You will need

 Photo Id and Credit Card Used in Booking both of the Same Person. we Dont take 3rd party Credit Cards.

• We reserve the right to pre-charge cards from anytime after booking is made and prior to check-in for phone and internet bookings. No Cancellation refunds given between Dec 25th-Jan 15th even if Cancelled within seven days( can change dates only).  Credit card and a Bank refund fees will apply for refunds given correct time notice of 7 days..for full refund. Between 7 and 3 days of checkin is 50% of total booking less Bank Fess..  less than 3 days notice 100% OF TOTAL BOOKING
• Bank Fess -$7.50 per refund charge and 3% of total booking.

• Remember Covid  is with us to stay and is no longer a valid reason to not incur fees unless Tassie Locks down
