Tim Last is our Owner/ Manager / Chef at the Junction Motel - Tim is a hospitality "tart" with a wealth of experience through out Tassie, the Big Island, and Overseas as well. He has catered everybody from HRH Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Frederick and Princess Mary of Denmark, Pele, the Renault F1 racing team to the fellow "Winterer’s" at Davis Base in Antarctica. His "catch cry" is keep it fresh, keep it simple and keep em coming back.

Functions at the Junction are a fabulous experience, whether sitting in our bright and sunny restaurant or out-doors on our patio with beautiful views across the valley. Our Function Menus utilizes fresh local produce in beautiful unique dishes inspired by the Ying-Yang style where Asian meets European and yet still has something for everyone. For Sole Use of Restuarant- Groups must greater than 35

As of the 15th January 2012-The Restaurant will offer a "Grand Buffet" 3 course dinner seven days a week between 5.30-8.30pm. Cost is $35.00 for non House Guests per person and $25.00 for our House Guests. Quality food at great value.

The Bar opens between 4 - 9pm. Closes at 9.30pm.
