Tim Last is our Manager / Chef at the Junction - Tim is a hospitality "tart" with a wealth of experience through out Tassie, the Big Island, and overseas as well. He has catered everybody from HRH Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Frederick and Princess Mary of Denmark to the fellow "Winterer’s" at Davis Base in Antarctica.

Breakfast is a fabulous experience, whether sitting in our bright and sunny restaurant, or out-doors on our patio with beautiful views across the valley, and our Evening Menu utilizes fresh local produce in beautiful unique dishes and yet still has something for everyone.
